Description
Overview
The Böning AHD-WAOP K monitors personnel on engine-room watch rounds using a keyed dead-man arrangement.
Operation and integration
Removing the key starts monitoring; replacing it after the round deactivates the alarm. The code-adjustable interval can be set up to 30 minutes. Missed acknowledgement initiates the AHD-WAOP-style staged alarm, helping other personnel respond to a possible accident.
Key features
- Four external acknowledgement inputs
- Four relay alarm outputs
- Automatic dimming
- Key-switch activation
- Integrated settings/password menu
- Compact desk or cabinet installation
Design reference
The manufacturer specifies IEC 62616-1 for this watch-alarm arrangement. System selection and installation remain specific to the intended bridge or watch-round application.
