Description
Overview
The Böning AHD 882 is a central processor for binary status information and analogue limit events in ship alarm, display and control systems.
Operation and integration
It receives serial data from distributed stations, applies project-defined alarm/display/control management and distributes processed information through 16 serial output channels and CAN. Eighteen serial inputs support AHD-PS 15/30/47, AHD 414 start-stop status, AHD 414 A safety status and EDA 47 panel status. CAN can add AHD-SAS 15 analogue signals or AHD-DPS 02 navigation-light status. Output protocols support Kompakt EDA 47, AHD 406-2 duty panels and AHD-R101 relay stations; CAN also connects further Böning equipment such as AHD-DPU 9.
