Description
Overview
The Böning AHD 1115 G is a 15-inch display with a matte glass front and touchscreen for vessel visualisation. It presents information from the connected visualisation source without requiring a separate front operating surface.
Display and visibility
Automatic dimming adapts the screen to changing ambient light and reduces glare at night. Display brightness is up to 1600 cd/m². The display arrangement is intended to maintain readable vessel information in bright bridge conditions. Increased brightness and contrast support the described readability improvement. Capacitive touch operation avoids the visible sensor-thread pattern described for other touch technologies. The matte glass surface reduces reflections.
Marine installation
Automotive-grade components support the wider operating-temperature range described for this model series. The unit is intended for a 24 V DC vessel supply. Its all-in-one construction reduces installation space and effort, with integration into existing systems supported by the intended configuration.
