Overview
The Böning B⋮VRG is available as a chartplotter gateway or an Internet gateway, with the function determined by the supplied version.
Operation and integration
The chartplotter arrangement converts released alarm-system information into HTML5 and carries it over the existing IP network. It supports plotter-network/main-menu integration and configurations for Garmin, Raymarine and Furuno MFD equipment. The Internet version uses the vessel network and Internet/WLAN connections to provide configured alarm visualisation and permitted remote functions to an iPad, Android tablet or external PC.
